Enter doesn't work on hardware and software keyboard (xperia pro)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch connectbot ssh and connect to host
2. Type any command. Mine was cd..
3. Press enter on hardware or software keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As actual: nothing happens
As expected: comand is executing

What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)?
1.7.1 from market

What type of system are you trying to connect to?
windows server 2008/windows 7 and freesshd server running on it

If you are able to connect, what is the output of "echo $TERM", "uname -a",
and any other relevant information on the host?

Please provide any additional information below.

Actually I suppose this issue relates to all xperia phones from sonyericsson, 
because enter key on software keyboard also didn't work on my xperia x10
