Less-than and greater-than keys ('<' and '>') does not work. #593

Since v1.7.1, '<' and '>' keys does not work when Hackers' Keyborad IME is 
used. It produces the unshifted versions instead. While in normal input boxes, 
it does work. I guess this is due to the changes introduced in commit 
8bdb4f2f8a2f17.
