The WFDB Toolbox for MATLAB/Octave is a collection of functions for reading, writing, and processing physiologic signals in the formats used by PhysioNet (see README for details).
@ikarosilva we have created an organisation on GitHub to bring together the various WFDB repos/implementations into one place, and also to track things like the (forthcoming) WFDB specification documents.
As I think this repo is the primary Matlab implementation, perhaps it could be migrated too? I have sent you an invitation to join the organisation (https://github.com/wfdb).
