Housekeeping Tests

• [ ] Check tolerances in testsuite (The used tolerance throughout the test suite should be the same)
• [ ] checkFEByAutoDiff is duplicated in testcommon.hh and checkfebyautodiff.hh. This has to be sychronized
• [ ] Replace all try and catch statements in tests with checkThrow. See testadaptivestepsizing for example
• [ ] Add a check in the function resetNonLinearOperatorParametersToZero(), which checks if the number of parameters in the nonlinear operator is 2.
