NEW! Parallax! Smoke! And skidmark particles! :popcorn: :dash: :fire:

This PR closes #33 and adds some new features and optimizations as well.

UX:

add parallax effect to #elevated layer
add smoke particles when off track
add skid mark particles when braking at high speed, size and opacity are speed-controlled
increase car jiggle when off track
reduce pathScale (optimization)
reduce calls to checkSurfaceType to once every 200ms (optimization)

DX:

add debugmode variable
add debug keyboard shortcuts (smoke, rubber, position, trackmap canvas)
rename checkGroundType => checkSurfaceType
