Added more special symbols to exclusion #34

I'm teaching some security courses on PS and there are so many special characters in video file titles.. So it breaks the downloading every time (OS is Windows 10). Hope it will help someone

By the way need to add 'Tab' symbol as well.. Not sure which code character to use, would work [\t] ?
