艾特模式下chatgpt插件也没有实现回复，@模式则是这样

另外TRSS版的comwechat接入没有第一个错误，但是艾特也没有反应

kook、频道这边的艾特也是三者私聊都是可以回复都是在群聊无反应也没有log，就是收到信息但无响应
