Stage misaligned in 0.99 RC2 #1366

Describe the bug

This stage, and several others from the same source, work fine in MUGEN 1.1 but do not work correctly in 0.99 RC2 as shown in the screenshots.

The issues posted here are for problems with the engine, not user-error. We have to wait for an update to the engine that fixes the problem.
