This PR refactors randomtest.lua to improve code readability and maintainability. It includes:

renaming variables and functions from Japanese to English.
adding comprehensive comments explaining the purpose of the script, functions, variables, and logic.
including the related Golang code (wincntMap functions) with detailed comments to illustrate how it interacts with randomtest.lua.
