Includes heavy refactoring of how bird spawning is defined. A lot of numbers underwent slight tweaking to standardize against the MC wiki and new biomes, so take a look at those numbers and feel free to change anything that seems a little off! There may be more categories to add too (ex: should the Himalayan monal spawn in mountains?), but that can also happen later, along with spawn rate tweaks.
