Makes the guidebook read from BirdSettings and adds a few other nice features (Guidebook can now be translated to other languages, birds cycle through variants, biome descriptions are generated from where the bird spawns).
Not 100% complete: not all the page text was moved to translation strings. Also, I wasn't sure how to handle the bird categories (passerine, etc), so for now everyone's just a waterbird. Core functionality's all there though!
Since the guidebook pulls directly from where the birds are set to spawn, it might be a good plan to check the book and see if those biomes seem reasonable.
