Add SECRET_FILE support
Overwrite upstream nginx.conf
- in oder to start on port 8052

Thanks a lot for your contribution! Good stuff. I haven't taken the time to update this myself, and now I don't need to :smiley: :+1:

I tested it on my RHEL8. At first start the AWX web did not start likely due timing of some initial config files creation. But doing systemctl stop .... and start ... fixed it.
