selection algorithm now includes an option to filter out contaminated bins using the --max_cont flag; default is 1, so no filters are applied making the output the same as for version 1.0; using a threshold of 0.05 (=5%) will only select bins below this level of contamination

Default values are set so outputs are comparable to v1.0, however output files have slightly changed and now no longer included Completeness and Contamination values and scores for all marker sets, but only for the highest scoring one. The highest scoring set is given in the column set.
