DocVal framework #16

Two different approaches exist to validate a PDF (text search and content compaison). A third one (structure comparison) ia already prepared, but does not work. This third approach of document validation woulb be helpful. All three approaches should be combined to a DocVal framework.

The first version of a DocVal framework is now implemented and contain the three approaches mentioned.
