Virtual machine currently has no unit tests. This should change.

Required tests:

[x] Exhausting the limit should not result in a endless execution
[ ] Instructions should yield correct errors when called with inappropriate inputs
[x] Instructions should yield correct output
[x] Calling synchronous user functions
[x] Calling asynchronous user functions

Most instructions in the virtual machine are tested via the behavioral test suite
