[FEATURE] Small QoL improvements #65

A user (rastakilla) requested a few changes:

I want to add a few more things that had been on my planning, but keep getting pushed down in my tasks:

[x] Distinguish between disabled and inactive assists in HUD 7736758
[x] Per-vehicle dashboard/assist indicator placements cd9d689
[x] Keep assist light on longer after trigger, e.g. 300 milliseconds 4f1b04a
[x] Default Neutral broke for some reason 4570c0d
[x] Erratic automatic shifting during ABS / wheels off ground b80a1ac
[x] Erratic idling when on the roof / wheels off ground 456742d
[ ] Improve per-vehicle assignment and loading logic ( internal )
[ ] Improve input/menu/setting mapping logic ( internal )
