Wrong edx-analytics-dashboard version is used for installing the system #4

When we're installing ikto/eucalyptus.2 version of the edx (it's based on open-release/eucalyptus.2), it tries to get master version of edx-analytics-dashboard. Possibly it tries to install it from same tag. Need to check it.

Seems like #2 was solved improperly. The problem is with versions, not with the environment.
