Add an icon to Alloy 4 feature #15

There is no visual information available when installing Alloy 4 feature.

For instance, new features installed in Eclipse can be visible on the
"About eclipse platform" dialog box.

It would be nice to have the Alloy Icon showing up there when the Alloy4
feature is installed.
