Remove dependency to emf #18

in release 0.1.5, a dependency to EMF was introduced.

A ResourceDialog available in emf.common.ui is used to browse the theme files.

It would be nice to find a feature equivalent object in jface or basic
Eclipse plugins.

With the help of Nicolas Rouquette, the ResourceSelectionDialog from EMF has 
been
replaced by a simple FileDialog from SWT.
