Alloy simple refactoring in the editor #22

One of the major interest in using Eclipse is the support for refactoring.

Basic refactoring support is provided almost for free within Eclipse.

A simple refactoring such as "Rename" should be possible in the current
editor without much trouble.

First implementation available in release 0.2.19.
Working on full bundle and workspace refactoring support.
