Add close all models view to Alloy Outline view #29

When running all commands, the right panel location gets populated with
many command views.

It would be nice to have an action that allows to close all those views.

Another idea would be to close them when closing the editor containing
those commands.

The feature works fine.

However, we have a small usability problem: the tooltip for the button 
available on
the outline view should change from "Close view" to "Close all view" when the 
user
selects all the root of all commands, instead of a single command.
