Make folders within Alloy Project to appear as Java package #30

The semantic of a folder in Alloy models is roughly the same as Java packages.

So it would make sense to have folders within Alloy projects to appear with
the Java package icon.

Furthermore, the Ouput folders could be hidden (the same way CVS folders
are), unless users really wants to access the xml files inside them.
