Uses Albireo project for AWT/SWT integration. #48

The code for AWT/SWT integration is based on the initial proposal of the
Albireo project: http://www.eclipse.org/albireo/

That project is now in Eclipse incubator.

Final release of A4E should rely on that project, when a first stable
release will be out.

Note that AWT/SWT is a big issue, and we won't go ahead with Albireo until
the project provides evidences that it increases AWT/SWT bridge stability
on all platforms.

An Alpha release of Albireo is available since april 3, 2008.
