Evaluator console cannot be cancelled #72

The current evaluator console relies on a blocking call to
BufferedReader.readline().

As such, the only way to quit the evaluator is to rely on a specific value
returned by reaadline.

The cancel button of the Eclipse platform is not taken into account.

This is annoying for the end user.
