Outline icons do not appear in A4E release #90

When installing A4E xtext from the update site, the images in the outline do 
not appear.

It might be the case that there are not available because bundled within a jar 
file. 

We need to check how images are supposed to be handled in that case.

The images still do not appear in the current release.

The reason of that problem was that the icon files were not shipped in the 
right bundle. We now ship the icons in als.ui bundle. We need to get rid of the 
icons files from the alloyplugin bundle if possible.
