Add a run overlay on run and check commands #97

Run and check nodes in the outline view have the property to allow the user to 
run a command.

As such, their icon in the outline view should clearly identify that difference 
with the other elements.

I suggest to use a reduced version of the Eclipse RUN icon (green play button) 
on the bottom right of the run and check icons for that purpose.
