Cleanup old code import for 0.2.X release no longer needed in 0.3.X release #99

There are some classes in the current xtext packages that are no longer needed 
because that work is now done by xtext.
(outline view management, syntax coloring, refactoring action, etc).

That code should be removed from the xtext plugins.
