Error uploading file with service account #441

I'm trying to upload a file combining the example to use a service account and
the example to make a simple file upload.

I'm getting this warning:

Warning: file_get_contents(/upload/drive/v2/files?uploadType=media): failed to
open stream: No such file or directory in
/home/Datos/git/google-api-php-client/src/Google/IO/Stream.php on line 109

Followed by this fatal error:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Google_IO_Exception' with message 'HTTP Error:
Unable to connect' in
/home/Datos/git/google-api-php-client/src/Google/IO/Stream.php on line 112

As far as I can understand it seems to me that the request itself is not being
made to https://www.googleapis.com/ but to my local machine which of course
isn't working.

How or should I set the URL somewhere? I'm using last commit from master:
86fb12d484da7fecbe04cecf767ac83008f24234

Thanks
