To allow an easy extension of the IL2DCE by simply adding more names into the 
lists

Actually the AirGroupInfo.cs is dead code at the moment. The AirGroupKeys are 
loaded from the template file. However AirGroupInfo might become useful again 
to create AirGroups that are not defined within the template file. Also note 
that the numbers for flight count and flight size are more realistic values and 
not the same limits as ingame, e.g. raf bomber command squadron has ingame 4 
flights, real value is 2 flights.
