I recently found this problem. The options page in Add-ons Manger does not load checkboxes and integers, but the URLs list is working.

I see this error in Browser Console when load the options page in Add-ons Manger:

Unchecked lastError value: Error: malformed URI sequence  ExtensionCommon.jsm:269
    withLastError resource://gre/modules/ExtensionCommon.jsm:269:9
    wrapPromise/< resource://gre/modules/ExtensionCommon.jsm:320:11

This can be fixed by making the option page open in a new tab.

It still exists with opened moz-extension://07856e84-bf3a-46d3-a61e-5d167e8c8f51/data/options/options.html, in Smart-HTTPS 0.2.0.
