I've made changes to the TAT reports to reflect the changes requested in issue #6. I've re-written the 3 functions in the htdocs/includes/stats_lib.php file (getTatMonthlyProgressionStats, getTatWeeklyProgressionStats, getTatDailyProgressionStats) that fetch the data used to display the graph.
