Proper Urinalysis #40

Urinalysis should not be a text box, it should be a proper test type with multiple measures, but when sending back to sanitas we need to wrap the results to one string

I think the best solution is to change the test on the sanitas side to conform with the standard configuration for the tests i.e. add measures. Once this is done we can also add measures on our side.

Went to bungoma mnd made the necessary changes to this and other tests
