date ordered in results_entry.php on main page varies #41

Is this correct behavior? Thoughts about this?, it could raise queries during validation.

Pending(and all the rest below it)----------------(are displaying 'ts_collected' on specimen table)

I think date ordered from sanitas should be the one stored in this field. Also all the dates on the specimen table are the same "Date Collected" alias "date accepted"
