The validation guys in Bungoma want a report of all the changes we made since we last upgraded.

Upgrade report for June 2014

Major changes Abbreviation - a feature for simplifying entry of long words in the system. e.g SA for Staphylococcus Aureus Force Verification - a feature to force verification of results before they are sent to sanitas. TAT reports - Improvements on the turn around time reports Culture worksheet - on culture tests a worksheet that can be used to record day to day changes on the culture Rejection report - a report for rejected tests Add patient functionality - Functionality to add patients to the system, useful in cases of patient and EQA.

Minor changes Added more patient details to results entry page Fixed infection and count report bugs Minor Bug fixes

Upgrade report August 01 2013

Major changes Drug susceptibility functionality - added a panel for drug susceptibility to microbiology tests Drop down for rejection reasons - a pre-configured list of rejection reasons shows Sequential lab-no's - functionality for having sequential labno's per labs section

Bug fixes Referral specimen details appearing in report Added time/date of verification in results report other minor bug fixes
