There is no report to display summaries of the culture and sensitivity counts

@briankip please test the microbio_reports branch. You'll have to go through the culture and sensitivity tests configurations as a manager, then proceed to enter the culture and sensitivity results for several tests. The count sheet is found under Reports>Counts>Culture and Sensitivity.

Bug in report submit button, does not click, throws a JS error Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'split' of undefined

the report is counting the organism as expected, although the information is little. Most likely they will ask for count per susceptibility, i.e counts for R,I and S per organism.
