fixes #70 #71

This fix solves #70 an issue with the abbreviations module

Abbreviations work by typing the abbreviation anywhere in results entry or results edit form in the fronted then pressing CTRL.

Feature has a bug! Simulation:

  1. Click inside a textarea then press ENTER
  2. Type an abbreviation then CTRL Fails - Merged anyway and created a new issue #73.
