Search functionality #23

  1. Check that all search functions are working as expected.
  2. Ensure pagination after search also performs as expected.
  3. Consider possible options for search e.g. for participants, it's possible to search using facility, sub-county and county in addition to name, phone, email, and tester enrollment ID.
  4. Add filters too such as registration dates for participants.
