  1. round enrollment, ignore disabled users Don't display list of disabled participants Finish troubleshooting the enrollment functionality Show total number of participants in the county and those enrolled When enrolling a user, change the message to include the PT enrollment ID and the url show a list of users who are only not enrolled in the current round to prevent re-enrollment
