Add an option to alter id3-tags prior to copying to phone

Since I've updated and retagged my complete mp3 library, I've noticed that
my walkman phone (w810i) does not support id3 version 2.4. I'd like to see
an option that will enable users to retag files using a previous
(supported) id3 version.

Otherwise iTuneMyWalkman rules!
