Not Encoding ACC Podcast to MP3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Subscribe to MacFormat podcast
2. Sync to MP3 player using iTuneMyWalkman

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should encode podcast to MP3 but instead transfers it as m4a

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iTuneMyWalkman 0.95 (latest as far as I know) OS X 10.4.11 (Tiger) Itunes 7.7.1 
(11) - Latest

Please provide any additional information below.
The encoding works fine on other podcasts and the only difference I can see is 
that the bit rate is 
64kbs could this be the problem and is there a work around?

What is the AAC encoding limit you have set in the iTMW preferenes? If it is 
more than 64kbps, then they will not 
get re-encoded. If you want all AAC encoding to MP3, set the limit low enough 
that it will match all the files.

Yes that was the problem, it was on the default of 128kbps and I didn't realize 
you could change it. I needed to 
change it to less than 64kbps but then it worked fine. Many thanks for your 
help.
