Does not detect W960i #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When connecting the W960i with the USB Cable.
2. Normal does not recognize at all
3. Fast transfer mounts but n sync, even though Iphoto does.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

If the phone does not mount on the Finder desktop, iTuneMyWalkman cannot be 
used with this model. If it does, 
choosing the music folder in the iTuneMyWalkman preferences should help.
