Thanks for upgrading all the build scripts, and thanks for the GMM/sklearn upgrade!
It kind of would be cool, not to have the forks diverged anymore - or do you see a reason @chaubold ?
Yes, I fully agree. I forked the repo for ilastik last summer and actually moved all development there. It was just that one PR that Janez made which I accidentally accepted on chaubold/hytra instead of ilastik/hytra. Hence I'd consider ilastik/hytra the "main" repo, and will add a comment here that the actively maintained version is in ilastik, ok?

Sure, I'll sync our fork with yours then now, activate the CI there and also change the links in the readme to point to the right CI
