need video for 3D rendering #71

The new 3D isocontour rendering is fantastic! As far as I know, we do not showcase 3D rendering in any video so far.

We should do so, e.g. with a single time slice of the digital embryo data. This would also allow to demo the stack reader facility.

Some people may think that the cells in digital embryo could be segmented using thresholding only (even though that is not true). Would be better to use synapse detection as an example (Anna), without all the extra tabs.
