Dropping [all] on the napari dependency fixes #9 - no other changes were required as we already use qtpy for all Qt imports, I'm not sure we ever required that [all].
Regarding install instructions: The plugin version on the ilastik-forge conda channel is outdated and uses an old name (napari-ilastik instead of ilastik-napari) (#10). If/when we provide the current version via conda, we can update the install instructions to use it. Until then, I would change the install instructions to go via pip. Following the updated instructions would probably also prevent issues like #6.
