Exporting a segmentation mask #4

Hi, Lovely tool and I really enjoyed using it from within the napari interface. I had a question though, how do you save the segmentation mask especially when the mask has multiple labels within it? Edit: I should've mentioend that I was achieving the segmentation from the GUI, but I am not averse to using the IDE to save those labels.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. In napari you can save a layer by using a Save Layer action, located in File -> Save..., or by pressing Ctrl-S/Cmd-S).
