specifying ilastik executable on OSX should not require going into the .app #57

Not 100 % sure if this is the case right now, but judging from the help string, we might expect users to navigate into the .app folder to specifiy the executable. This should be done automatically. Specifying the app should suffice.

Note, this should be backward compatible with the settings already done.
