Export options dtype "integer" - maybe confusing #301

In an effort to simplify the export options we removed the signed/unsigned specifier from the "Convert to data type" option. While this might not irritate you if you never heard of signed and unsigned datatypes, it seems to lead to confusion if you know about these concepts, or are exporting to a specific datatype in order to interface with a different tool..

At least we should have the tooltip to be clear about this option and also mention this in our documentation.
