Thanks Roberto for the patch,

I suggest moving this to the mailing list for a more thorough discussion. I think the change is good for minimization, but it's a central place and the implications for Isar core and downstreams are not immediately clear for me. It would be good if you could include the list of packages not being installed after applying the patch.
