Configurable timer #9

I'd like to configure the time of pomodoro.

For instance, if I use 15 minutes pomodoro instead the 25 minutes default.

The pomodoro time slice can be set in the app.config. It's pretty self 
explaining. so
have a look at it. Quite simple

I saw that two minutes after post the request, and I didn't find a way to
