Any ideas?

I'm not the author of the plugin so I can be wrong but from what I see in the code, this plugin does not offer to expose to a fan. I'm 99% sure.
I do not use quick apps, but almost certainly this plugin does not support it. You can add devices, scenes, comfort zones, alarm system, etc.
So I think you must find plugin for Ikea / ESP Home.

I've managed to get Ikea's Uppatvind air purifier working with ESPHome, which through its API can be controlled with Fibaro QuickApp. But I'm wondering how to make it show in Apple Home as a fan with adjustable speed using this Homebridge plugin. 😵💫
If I set the QuickApp type to "Multilevel switch", then role "Other" will show in Apple Home just a binary switch; role "Light" will show 0-100% toggle but obviously as a light.. QuickApp type "Roller shutter controller" would also show a 0-100% toggle but again as a blind. So I'm wondering how to make it show like a fan with adjustable speed... 🫤 Would this work if it wasn't a QuickApp, but a "fan device" in Fibaro?
I have another Homebridge plugin for Levoit air purifier and that is shown as a fan/purifier with speed control in Apple Home...
